With reference to your telegram of the 30th. March and the 6th. April, Indian Sikhs on the way to British Columbia, regret it was impossible to obtain views of Government of Canada earlier. Entry is prohibited under order of Governor in Council of December 5th., 1913, and March 31st., 1914, which prohibit entry of certain classes of immigrants into British Columbia until end of September.
